Church of the Isles is an intergenerational community of faith. Our proximity to the Gulf of Mexico attracts many who enjoy a more casual approach to living and worshipping. No matter what your situation or identity, you'll find that we embrace all who seek to explore or deepen their faith. The congregation ministers to the needs of the local community through missions that support local nursing homes, shelters for the homeless and victims of domestic violence, and migrant workers. We are also committed to the education and spiritual development of our young people as evidenced by our church affiliated  Preschool/Kindergarten, and youth Partnership with the local YMCA.

Need a Ride To Church This Sunday?

The Church Van can pick you up, bring you to church for the 10:00am service and take you home afterwards. Call the church office at 595-1038 by 12:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon to request a ride.  We hope to see you at Church on Sunday!

Make A Referral to the Pastoral Counseling Service

Larry Miller, Ph. D., FICCP 727-657-1290

          You might consider referring someone:
          Because of feeling of anxiety
Because of loss or death of a loved one
Because of communication problems in the family or at work
Because of loss of faith or spirtual and religious doubts
Because of seeking more in life
Because they want a deeper understanding of themselves
Because they want to deepen their recovery from alcohol or drugs

Because of physical illness and pain
Because of increased stress in their life
         Because of relationship problems
         Because of marriage conflict
         Because of divorce

Encourage the person to make an initial appointment, even if it is only to discuss whether counseling would be valuable.  For marriage counseling, refer the husband and wife whenever possible.  This is not a crisis intervention service and is by appointment only.  However, if it is urgent,
you may contact Larry Miller, Ph. D., FICPP at 727-657-1290.
