"Discovery Canyon"

We explored the Wonders of the Word!

VBS 2009 took place August 3-9 in the church and the school. We had lots of fun hearing Bible stories in Sagebrush Storytelling, creating Canyon Crafts, playing great Gully Games, singing, dancing and keeping the beat in Red Rock Rhythm, exploring Shadow Science, and lots more!
Our daily themes were "Rejoice", "Pray", "Ask", "Tell", and "Seek". Every day we heard a new Bible story and learned a new Psalm. The daily themes were each illustrated by a special animal: Liz the Lizard, Praying Mantis, Olivia the Owl, Blossom the Burro, and Felix the Fox.
